• Built Thrive’s capacity to secure funding from public and private sources and be a resource to other organizations in Allen County
• 6 applicant defined and healthy lifestyles grants
• Facilitate environmental change
• Worked to create smoke-free businesses and community college
• Community fitness events
• Prairie Spirit Trail extension
• Recruited dentists
