Nominations are open for Thrive’s 19th Annual Award Celebration, including the Awards for Excellence in Education, Recreation, Health & Wellness, and Economic Development. These awards recognize the people and groups who are making a difference across Allen County through service, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to our communities.

Thrive is also accepting nominations for several special award categories, including Change-Maker, Volunteer of the Year, Unsung Hero, Lifetime Service, and the Donna Talkington Award, Thrive’s highest honor.

Now is the time to think about the people and groups who go above and beyond for Allen County. Who is making a difference? Who is always willing to help? Who is creating positive change in our communities?

The 19th  Annual Award Celebration will be held on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Allen Community College gymnasium.
