On Tuesday, April 3rd, a group of more than 20 Allen Countians joined with 200 Kansas residents to rally for KanCare Expansion at the Kansas State Capitol in an event led by the Alliance for a Healthy Kansas. Thrive Allen County’s CEO, David Toland, closed out the rally with a rousing call to action–that brought the crowd to their feet–aimed at Governor Jeff Colyer and the legislature to let KanCare expansion have a vote.
KanCare Expansion would bring an additional $1 million in revenue a year to Allen County Regional Hospital and provide more than 400 working Allen County residents with health insurance.
