What is the Child Care Professional Insurance Stipend Program?
- Administered by Thrive Allen County
- Reimbursed up to $300 per month for paid insurance premiums
- 3 disbursements for reimbursement
- All health insurance plans are eligible for reimbursement (ex. Family, Spouse, Individual, etc.)
- Approximately 100 individuals selected for the program
- Eligible dates for reimbursement: January – September 2025
How do I apply?
Complete the following items:
- Application
- Proof of Employment- FTE Attestation
- Proof of Insurance
- Most Recent Insurance Statement
Submit these items via email, fax or mail starting January 1, 2025 to J Keltner. Please note materials will reviewed on a first come first served basis.
