What is the Child Care Professional Insurance Stipend Program?

Administered by Thrive Allen County
Reimbursed up to $300 per month for paid insurance premiums
3 disbursements for reimbursement
All health insurance plans are eligible for reimbursement (ex. Family, Spouse, Individual, etc.)
Approximately 100 individuals selected for the program
Eligible dates for reimbursement: January – September 2025

How do I apply?

Complete the following items:

Application
Proof of Employment- FTE Attestation
Proof of Insurance
Most Recent Insurance Statement

Submit these items via email, fax or mail starting January 1, 2025 to J Keltner. Please note materials will reviewed on a first come first served basis.
