The Allen County Farmers’ Market is a weekly open air fresh food market that takes place in three locations within Allen County, with the most recognized location on the southeast corner of the historic downtown square in Iola, Kansas.
The Allen County Farmers’ Market features locally-grown produce, baked goods, plants, eggs, meat, and honey along with the use of Vision/debit cards, homegrown entertainment and chefs doing cooking demonstrations.
The Farmers’ Market Season Opener is on Thursday, April 26th on the Downtown Iola square.
The locations and times for each Market are
Tuesdays at 700 N. State St, with the season starting Tuesday, May 2nd – October 2018. The market is open 1:30-4:00 p.m.
Thursdays on the square, April 26th – October, 2018. The market is open 5:30 – 7:00 p.m
Saturdays at Moon’s Market-Humboldt, May, 5th – mid September 2018. The market is open 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.
