Every community we serve has expressed concerns about housing. One way we are working to address this issue is to make improvements on existing homes.

Thrive has administered grants through the United States Department of Agriculture and Health Forward Foundation for housing rehabilitation in Allen County. Through these grants, we have helped replace roofs, fix sewer systems, and install appliances, including walk-in showers to replace existing bathtubs for improved safety.

So far, we’ve allowed over 20 home-owners to stay in their homes. If you have questions about these grants or need assistance finding other resources, please contact us.
